\r\n\r\n\r\n All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at New Delhi,\r\n India, only.\r\n

\r\n\r\n Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud\r\n stage.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Currently FNP delivers within Express Cities, Courier Cities and\r\n Remote Cities.\r\n
\r\n\r\n You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding.\r\n Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product\r\n and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.\r\n
\r\nDelivery may take longer due to:
\r\n\r\n In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check\r\n your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at\r\n least five days in advance.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with\r\n courier products.\r\n
\r\n\r\n For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of\r\n your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed\r\n during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no\r\n re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in\r\n the below cases:\r\n
\r\n\r\n In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the\r\n delivery person to deliver the order to the\r\n gate/reception/neighbour.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in\r\n delivery.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Deliveries are made on Sundays and on Public Holidays for products\r\n that are delivered by hand.\r\n
\r\n\r\n If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the\r\n delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not\r\n be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations,\r\n liability can be made. We will surely try our best as mentioned\r\n below-\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will\r\n be made between 11.00 pm to 11.59 pm on the chosen delivery date.\r\n
\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other\r\n terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the order will be delivered +30 or\r\n -30 minutes as per selected time.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Notwithstanding anything contained in the Shipping Disclaimer or in\r\n the Terms and Conditions, in the event the order is made to deliver\r\n through any courier agency or any third party, FNP does not make any\r\n representation or warranty in relation to the delivery of such\r\n order.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n The products will be delivered through Blue Dart or any other\r\n courier company and the delivery made by them are subject to the\r\n Terms and Conditions of such courier companies.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n For products that are shipped using the services of our courier\r\n partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be\r\n delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.\r\n
\r\n\r\n You acknowledge that requested delivery date is non-binding.\r\n Estimated delivery date depends on the availability of the product\r\n and the destination to which you want the product to be shipped.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we\r\n recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be\r\n present to receive the package. The delivery cannot be redirected to\r\n any other address.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n No deliveries are made by third party courier agencies on a Sunday\r\n and Public Holidays.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our\r\n warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will\r\n receive a tracking number that will help you trace your order.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays and\r\n strikes.\r\n
\r\n\r\n In case if the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt delivery\r\n twice and in case delivery location is incorrect or the recipient\r\n refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have\r\n been made. The courier company will attempt to deliver the package\r\n twice before the parcel returns back to the point of origin.\r\n
\r\n\r\n In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempts, you\r\n shall still be charged for the order.\r\n
\r\nWe will consider the order executed in the below cases:
\r\n\r\n\r\n In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the\r\n delivery person to deliver the order to the\r\n gate/reception/neighbour.\r\n
\r\n\r\n The florists in our Ferns N Petals network are experienced at making\r\n deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to\r\n include:\r\n
\r\n\r\n We will send your order in accordance with facility procedures, as\r\n most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to\r\n individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not\r\n permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before\r\n placing your order.\r\n
\r\n\r\n The florists in our Ferns N Petals network are experienced at making\r\n deliveries to hotels. However please be aware to make the following\r\n information available:\r\n
\r\n\r\n If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery\r\n date, the order will be left at the reception and the order will be\r\n assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by\r\n the delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and no\r\n refund will be made in such cases.\r\n
\r\n\r\n For delivery of order items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls,\r\n we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or\r\n bridegroom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to\r\n one of the responsible member of host.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Our florists are experienced at making deliveries to\r\n hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to\r\n make the following information available:\r\n
\r\n\r\n The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to\r\n collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after\r\n coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over\r\n to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left\r\n at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Orders can be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the\r\n List of Serviceable Cities.\r\n
\r\n\r\n Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products are\r\n sourced locally at the delivery location.\r\n
\r\nWe can't commit an exact time of delivery.
\r\n\r\n Correct address and contact number is a must of the recipient for\r\n placing the order.\r\n
\r\n\r\n No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of\r\n the same would be done on the next working day. In case of floods/\r\n heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/\r\n festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments\r\n that may restrict the delivery of the order. FNP reserves the right\r\n to reschedule the delivery to another date.\r\n
\r\n\r\n The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only\r\n once at the address as provided in the order received by FNP. In the\r\n event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not\r\n attributable to FNP, the customer shall still be charged for the\r\n order and no redelivery or refund will be made by FNP. The order\r\n will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:\r\n
\r\n\r\n Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud\r\n stage.\r\n

\r\n\r\n We will send your order in accordance with facility procedures, as\r\n most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to\r\n individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not\r\n permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before\r\n placing your order.\r\n

\r\n\r\n\r\n If you wish we do not contact the recipient, please call our\r\n Customer Care at +91-92124 22000 and notify them about the same.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Due to a huge rush in orders during Valentine, the delivery status\r\n confirmation by email and SMS may arrive a little later. Our team\r\n works very hard to let you know that your order is delivered as soon\r\n as we can.\r\n
\r\n\r\n\r\n Our Customer Care team is on toes to ensure that you have a great\r\n experience with us. During the Valentine week, they may take a\r\n little more time to respond. Kindly be patient.
